Comms/YCHs Terms of Service
I strive for under 3 months turn-around-time on Commissions.
1-2 months on YCHs. Sooner if I'm not busy.
I offer refunds at the 4 month mark if work isn't shown in progress.I may send them sooner if I personally decide to refund.
I reserve the right to refund at any point.Patreon work takes priority and will be worked on intermingled with Commissions.If you are not added to trello within 3-4 days of your order PM me!!~I'm not the most chatty artist due to being very busy with Patreon. But I track all my owed work on Trello and offer fixes to pieces free of charge if I make mistakes when the final image is sent!When I do start a piece its finished within 1-8 hours that day, I rarely send WIPs or updates on YCHs.If it is a comm or a larger piece, that would be different with sending WIPs.I don't respond to "hey" or "hellos". If you need to get an answer for anything it is insanely helpful to send a simple direct question! I don't bite and I don't mind answering! Just please be patient if it takes me 2-3 days. And you can always send a "bump"I get a lot of DMs between Patreon & Twitter & Payhip.
